I was commissioned to design a wedding invitation suite for a ceremony set in Morocco, a land renowned for its vibrant culture and rich heritage sites. To capture the essence of this remarkable destination, I crafted a gate-fold folder in the shape of a Moroccan arch using laser-cutting techniques, accentuating its unique beauty and style.
The invitation card itself showcases hand-drawn sketches of iconic Moroccan landmarks, evoking the allure of the country's breathtaking scenery. Deep red was chosen as the primary colour to reflect Morocco's distinctive palette, while touches of gold were added to elevate the overall aesthetic and impart a sense of luxury and grandeur.
